Pre-order information

When we take orders for delivery within a pre-published delivery window, we’ll clearly share the expected delivery timeframe in our advertising and on the product listing on our website.


We do our very best to ensure deliveries are on time, but please allow up to a week either side of the pre-order date for dispatch. This is because timing often depends on the weather and the growers’ best estimates!


If there are any significant changes due to unexpected seasonal factors, we’ll do our best to keep you informed. The quickest way for us to reach you is by email, so please make sure we have your correct address when you place your order. It’s also a good idea to add us to your contacts to ensure our emails don’t end up in your spam folder.


For orders containing both in-stock items and pre-ordered ones, we’ll often hold the order to send everything in one parcel. Most customers prefer this, and it helps us cut down on packaging waste.

If you’ve ordered a pre-order item but need part of your order right away, we may be able to split the delivery upon request. However, please note that an additional delivery charge may apply in these cases.
