Removal from database

If you’d like to be completely removed from our database, we can certainly arrange that for you. However, please note that this means we won’t be able to trace your past orders, so you’ll no longer be able to make claims for refunds or take advantage of the 1-Year Guarantee on any of your previous purchases.


If you’re happy with this, simply send us an email at cs@roses.co.uk with your name and full postal address, including your postcode, confirming that you’d like your details removed and that you understand and agree to relinquish any future claims on your 1-Year Guarantee.

Once we receive your email, we’ll take care of your request promptly.
