Tracking your order is easy. As soon as your order has been picked and packed, we will email you with the tracking details.
These will come initially from Whistl, who collect orders from our nursery. They deliver into Yodel's hub for onward delivery to our customers. Please consider downloading the Yodel App and make sure you set up a 'safe place' in case you are out when the parcel is delivered. Yodel do not require a signature and may leave the parcel on your doorstep if you have not provided a safe place, or nominated neighbour.
As soon as the parcel is collected, the tracking details will allow you to see the status of your order - and once it gets to Yodel's hub you will get either an email or text to let you know it's on its way. So do make sure you have provided us with the relevant contact details.
