Website and offer pricing differences

If the price on the website doesn’t match the offer, please double-check that you’ve entered the offer or promo code correctly. You’ll find this code on the advert or catalogue – simply type it into the promo code box on the shopping basket page exactly as shown, click ‘apply,’ and the price will update automatically.

If you’ve clicked through from an offer email, there’s no need to do this – the code has already been applied for you.

This means that any percentage discount offers will be automatically applied across the website when you click through from the email, so you don’t need to add the code again – the reduced prices will already be displayed.

Please avoid entering another code into the promo code box, as doing so will overwrite the email code and revert the prices back!

Remember, you can only use one offer code per order, so pick the one that gives you the best deal.
