Orders placed by or on behalf of a commercial enterprise are treated the same as any other order and are subject to our standard pricing and delivery promise. All orders are governed by our standard Terms & Conditions, and we fully comply with current UK consumer law. Harkness Roses cannot accept liability beyond what is provided under these terms.
If a refund is necessary, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order, which includes the cost of the products and any associated delivery charges.
If you wish to purchase a large quantity of items, feel free to contact us, as we may be able to provide a tailored quote in certain circumstances. A detailed product specification, along with information about pricing and shipping, will be shared for your approval before confirming the order. Please note that such orders are offered on a sold-as-seen basis, and full payment must be made prior to shipment.
