Order Despatch/Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from placing the order. This allows us to pick and prepare your items carefully before sending them your way.
If you have selected a specific day delivery, your order will be delivered on that day. Occasionally, some couriers may deliver a day earlier if they have spare capacity - this is out of our control. We recommend downloading the relevant courier's app as usually there are features where you can leave at a parcelshop or reschedule delivery.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to stock levels, item types, or seasonal demand.
- If any of your items are a 'pre-order item' then we will normally ship your entire order once these items are in.
- If unsure whether your order included 'pre-order' items, please check your confirmation email - there will normally be a date beside the item to give you some idea of when to expect this to be shipped out. We will keep you up to date with progress and let you know if this changes.
- Delivery to remote postcode areas can sometimes take an extra 1-2 working days.
If Delivery Seems Delayed
- Be sure to check your email for tracking updates or shipping confirmations.
- If the above delivery timeframe has passed, it’s likely something has gone wrong during transit.
