If you’d like to add to your order, send it to a different address, or make any other changes before it’s dispatched, please give our Customer Service team a ring as soon as possible on 0333 210 1044. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your request.
However, once your order’s dispatch note has been printed and it’s in the process of being picked, packed, and dispatched from our nursery, we’re usually unable to make changes.
During busy periods – especially in spring and early summer – it may take us a little longer to respond to emails. To avoid disappointment, it’s best to call us right away so we have the best chance of catching your order in time to make the changes you need.
