We regret we’re unable to offer the option to choose a specific day and time for delivery, unless you select our Named Date Delivery service, which is available for an additional £3.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you’ve provided your mobile number, you’ll also get an estimated 2-hour delivery window via SMS the day before your delivery.
If you’d like to delay your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order to check if we can arrange to send it after your preferred date. Don’t wait too long, as we won’t be able to make changes once your order is being picked and if you email us, we can’t guarantee we’ll see it in time.
