We use Yodel courier services, in partnership with Whistl, to deliver your parcel.
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details that will take you to the Whistl tracking link. For the latest updates on your delivery, simply copy the tracking number (the long number starting with JD) into Yodel’s website here: https://www.yodel.co.uk/track. If you need to see a proof of delivery photo, you can find this on Yodel's app or request it from our Customer Services team.
There’s no need to sign for your parcel, and if you’re out, the delivery driver will try to leave it in a safe place, if one is easily accessible. You can also provide a short instruction for the driver to advise of a safe place, either when ordering or by updating your safe place on Yodel’s website or app (a good idea if you know you’ll be out).
Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time, and deliveries may arrive in the evening or over the weekend. For this reason, we recommend avoiding business addresses for delivery if they’re likely to be closed during Yodel’s standard delivery times.
