How your order will arrive

Packaging
Your order will be carefully picked and packed by our dedicated team to ensure it reaches you in nursery-fresh condition. Our experienced packing supervisors will select the best materials to protect your items and ensure they arrive safely.

Our packaging is specially designed to withstand a bit of wear and tear during transit while still keeping your plants perfectly protected.

We’re committed to doing our part for the environment, so all our boxes are made from high-quality recycled and fully recyclable cardboard. Any additional plastic packaging we use is also fully recyclable.

Delivery
We use Yodel to deliver all orders via a fully tracked service for your peace of mind.

In the Box
Your parcel will include a Dispatch Note, which lists the items in your order, pricing, and any relevant reference numbers. Please double-check everything upon receipt to ensure all is as it should be.

In some cases, your order may be sent in multiple parcels. If this happens, you’ll receive confirmation by email when each one is dispatched, and this will be clearly noted on the Dispatch Note.

You’ll also find a QR code on the delivery note. Simply scan this with your phone’s camera to access our Plant Guide – a helpful resource packed with advice on how to care for your plants and help them thrive!
