Where's my order?

We will send you a dispatch notification when your order is on its way, with tracking details. We recommend you try to be in when the order is delivered, or at least make sure there is a safe place your order can be left. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave the parcel at the property or with a neighbour. Please note we cannot be held responsible for theft from your property once the order has been delivered.
