Price doesn't match

If the price you see on our website doesn’t match what’s shown in the advert, or offer, it’s usually because the special offer price hasn’t been applied yet.

Using a promo code

1. Find your promo code - this is usually mentioned on the advert [check the small print]. 
2. Add your chosen items to your basket.
3. Enter the code exactly as printed in the Promo Code box in the shopping basket.
4. The price will then update to match the advertised offer.

Email offers

If you’ve clicked through from one of our emails, there’s no need to enter the code manually - it’s automatically applied for you.

Adding another code will overwrite the email code and may revert the prices back to the standard rate.

Other adverts

• If the prices look different online, remember that advert prices are exclusive offers.
• Enter the promo code in the Promo Code box at checkout to apply the reduced price.
• If you have more than one code (e.g., one on an email and another you've found in a newspaper, either will work but you can only use one code per order.
