We offer a 1 Year Guarantee on our Roses.
If your plant has this symbol and has not thrived and it's outside of the initial 30 day full guarantee period, we will send you a replacement - all we ask is that you pay for the postage at £6.99. You may request replacement via our Call Centre on 0333 210 1044 on or email cs@roses.co.uk
Payment over the phone may be made securely by card. If via email we'll send you a secure link via our PayPal account, where you may pay securely via card or PayPal. PayPal payments cannot be arranged via telephone.
If the product is no longer available we will happily replace it with an equivalent item; or you can wait until the item is back in stock. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds under our 1 Year Guarantee.
Please note that the guarantee covers your original order, and not any replacements. Postage is charged per original order, and we reserve the right to reject any claim if it is clear that the plant has not been correctly cared for.
We may request photos of the plant, so please do not dispose of the plant until we have approved the replacement, or we may have to reject your claim.
