How do I track my delivery?

Once your Harkness Roses order has been despatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This email usually arrives within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You should also receive an email and/or SMS from the courier if you provided a valid email address and/or mobile number at the time of ordering.


Tracking your parcel

There are several ways to track your order.

  1. Click the tracking link in your despatch email to see the latest updates on your delivery’s progress.
  2. Visit our website to track your order 
  3. Enter your tracking number and delivery postcode directly on the courier’s website for real-time status.


What if I haven’t received a tracking email or message?

  • Please check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes automated emails can be filtered there.
  • An email will only be sent if you have an email address on your account. Likewise, an SMS will only be sent if you have a valid mobile number on your account.
  • If you still can’t find an email/message, log in to your account and check your order history — the tracking details should be available there.
  • If you don’t have an account or can’t find the info, please contact us.
