We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our Roses.
If your potted rose has not flourished and it's outside or the initial 30 day full guarantee period, we will send you a replacement - all we ask is that you send us a photo of the rose that has failed, and once approved for replacement, you will just need to pay for the postage at £6.99. You may request replacement via our Call Centre on 0333 210 1044 on or by using this link here contact us via this link. For bare root roses we will extend the 30 day period a little longer to allow for dormancy.
Payment over the phone may be made securely by card. If via email we'll send you a secure link via our PayPal account, where you may pay securely via card or PayPal. PayPal payments cannot be arranged via telephone.
If the product is no longer available, we will happily replace it with an alternative rose; or you can wait until the item is back in stock. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds under our Guarantee.
Please note that the guarantee covers your original order, and not any replacements. Postage is charged per original order, and we reserve the right to reject any claim if it is clear that the plant has not been correctly cared for.
We may request photos of the plant, so please do not dispose of the plant until we have approved the replacement, or we may have to reject your claim.
