This means:
- If any roses fail to thrive at any time, simply let us know — and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
- If the original product is unavailable, we’ll replace it with an equivalent item.
- Please note: You’ll need to pay the current standard postage, packing, and insurance which is currently £6.99.
How to Make a Claim
To make a claim under our Lifetime Guarantee, please Send us a Message and provide us with:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Clear photographs of the affected item(s)
We’ll work quickly to put things right.
Important things to note:
- You can only claim under the Lifetime Guarantee once per eligible item per order.
- The guarantee covers your original order, and not any replacements i.e. you cannot claim under the Lifetime Guarantee on a replacement order that was sent as part of an approved claim
- If an item has failed to thrive due to improper care, you will not be eligible for a free replacement
- We may request photos of the plant, so do not dispose of the plant until we have approved the replacement, or we may have to reject your claim.
